Medical Updates

First of all-an update on my grandpa "Patom"- He came home Saturday, and seemed to be doing great.  Sunday as Nanny and I were leaving for church, he told us his shoulder pain was coming back, which is
how all this started Thursday.  So, he is going to his oncologist Wednesday, which is the best move (in my opinion). 

Baby update- today was my last prenatal visit.  It was fine.  We are at 2 + cm dilated.  We are all set for Tuesday.  He was not thrilled that the hospital is considering this an "elective induction", when it is for a medical reason.  He considers the baby's size a medical reason to induce, the hospital does not.  I consider it a medical reason because I am trying to avoid a C-section, which is medical to me!  Anyway, we aren't splitting hairs over it because it's just one day......but still.  Just sayin'. 
He seems to think my labor will go quick, and I do too.  It did before with the twins, so we'll see.  I'm not getting too excited about going into labor myself, I never did with the twins and was 3 cm for a week. 
The best thing was he gave me a Z-pack of antibiotics to hopefully clear up this cold and cough I've battled since December.  I am so glad, I just can't take it anymore.  I am so sick of being sick.  I don't normally like to take meds but I am giving in on this one.  I was so happy to hear he wanted to get this cleared up, I didn't know what to do.  I love my dr.!  He's the best!
