Sunday Scripture

Here is a scripture from the front of our bulletin today:

"For everything created by God is good, and nothing should be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving" ~1Timothy 4:4

What are you thankful for this week? 

Here is what my kids were thankful for at church (it was read aloud to the congregation-so it got a chuckle out of everyone)

Carson- snakes, tractors, my mom & dad, my chickens

Emilynn-ladybugs, my mom & dad, my brothers, drink, food, cats, my dog

I probably forgot a thing or two.

Oh, and we picked up our 22 lb. turkey yesterday.   Carson is quite disturbed that the turkey is now in a bag.  He doesn't think he wants to eat turkey.  He says, "Turkeys don't like when you eat them Mom." 

I'm sure they don't!
