Am I the only one who thinks this is crazy?

Okay, maybe I am the only one who has a problem with this....BUT I just finished paying bills.  With that being said, I am very thankful we are able to pay our bills, God always provides and even when things arise (like taxes due at Christmas-who's idea was that?) we are so blessed and ends always meet. 

With that being said....does anyone else have a problem with having an enclosed brochure in their phone bill that says "how to read your phone bill?".  Honestly, that just seems crazy to me and annoys me to no end.  I feel very knowledgeable about our bills and always check them for accuracy.  Hence the reason the pediatrician's bookkeeper knows me as the "twins' mom".  And trust me, it's not cause we are the only set of twins that goes there!  :- )  I just like to stay on top of these things.  But the phone bill......urrrgghhhh!  It annoys me.  We added high speed internet a few months ago and I scrutinize the bill to make sure I am only charged what they promised me.  I have called once for a correction already.  And I have my handy dandy brochure to help me "read my bill."  Shouldn't the bill be self explanatory like all the other bills that come?  Why is an instruction manual needed?  Maybe it's just me....but I just don't get it.........
