I married my sweetie! Today is our anniversary, and we are celebrating in style. We are heading to the "city" for dinner. That's about it, low key suits us just fine. My mom is graciously watching the kids again. She is a trooper, for sure. I am so thankful we've been having more regular date nights this year (a goal of ours for the year). It helps us reconnect and stay sane. It is very weird though to be out without at least one kid in tow. I always feel so refreshed after some "me" time.
When I think back to 9 years ago, we were so young! 23 and 24 years old. Wow! Time does fly! It's been a fun journey so far and I guess it's really just getting started.
