We hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and slows down to enjoy the true meaning of the holiday!
I have lots of updates that I will start posting after Christmas. For now, I'm too tired from a hectic week!
We have birthday updates, 2 year check up updates, and of course all the Christmas celebration updates.....so stay tuned!
Also, keep a prayer that Emilynn doesn't get sick for the holiday. We had to leave Dustin's family Christmas gathering early because she kept having stomach issues. Sorry, TMI! We actually ran out of diapers......anyway.....I hope it's a fluke because she's active and seems fine, no fever. We even had an accident involving the carpet. Poor girl. She said "I sorry". My precious baby.....she's so sweet.
I have to tell this story from today.....it was so, so cute. We had our 2 year appt. today and Carson got a haircut. He got a sucker for his haircut, and I got one for her. She ate hers and he was upset so he didn't eat his. I had it on the console and then he was crying for it, but he kept throwing it so I wouldn't let him have it. Once we got to the dr.'s office, an hour later (I ran in Target, kids watched movie in the car with D), as soon as she was free from her carseat, she hopped up front and got his sucker and gave it to him. It was THE sweetest thing because it was like she had been waiting for an hour to help her brother. AND she LOVES suckers, so it was quite the sacrifice. I thought that was a sweet twin story, they are SO kind to each other.....most of the time!
Well, I'm off to rest and possibly go to bed early for the first time in ages it seems!
